At Mansford Korporasi Group, we believe that sustainable trade begins with people – not markets. Our company was founded to bridge the gap between smallholder producers in Indonesia and buyers in Europe who are looking for ethical, traceable, and high-quality coffee and spices.

Our roots lie in the eastern Indonesian island of Flores – a place rich in biodiversity, cultural heritage, and agricultural potential. For generations, local communities have cultivated Arabica coffee under the shade of native trees, using knowledge passed down through families. Yet despite the quality of their beans, many farmers remained locked out of international markets due to lack of infrastructure, organization, or bargaining power.

That’s where our journey began.

In partnership with SVD-led social projects, agricultural experts, and local leaders, we helped organize farmer groups into cooperatives. We provided training in sustainable farming, post-harvest processing, and quality control. Today, these cooperatives are equipped not only with knowledge, but also with tools – from multispectral drone analysis to moisture testing equipment – to meet international standards.

But we are more than a coffee company. Our model is designed to generate long-term social impact. A significant share of our profits is reinvested into women's shelters, education programs, and community infrastructure across Flores. By purchasing from Mansford Korporasi Group, buyers aren’t just sourcing coffee – they are directly supporting social transformation.

We are also committed to environmental stewardship. All our producers follow ecological practices that protect local forests, maintain biodiversity, and avoid deforestation – aligning with the new EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). This allows us to meet evolving European legal requirements while remaining true to our values.

Our operational model is lean and decentralized:

• Coffee is produced and processed on Flores.
• It's export is organised and managed through our Costa Rican HQ.
• Logistics and EU import compliance are managed with our Belgian partners.

This tri-continental setup ensures that every step in our value chain is transparent, fair, and optimized for social return.
